BELLEVUE, WA – What was supposed to be a football game ended up being a track meet on turf in the Lynden Lions’ 55-28 victory over the Interlake Saints in the WIAA State 2A Quarterfinals played at Interlake Stadium.

With the win, the Lions will face W.F.West of Chehalis on Saturday, November 26th, with kickoff in the Tacoma Dome set for 10 a.m. WinNW.com will webcast the game live, beginning with the Skagit State Bank Pregame Show at 9:35 a.m.
W.F. West advanced into the semifinals with a 35-18 victory over Lakewood.
After a 40-0 win over Othello at Everett Memorial Stadium, the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats will travel east of the mountains to battle perennial power Prosser in the other state 2A semifinal, Saturday, Nov. 26, at 12 p.m.
